His Excellency Mr. Duncan Mulima, consul general of the Republic of Zambia

His Excellency Mr. Duncan Mulima, consul general of the Republic of Zambia in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, accompanied with his entourage of highly distinguished delegates, signed a memorandum of understanding aimed at future cooperation with Iranian hospital Dubai. This collaboration allows the establishment of mutual ties between the health sectors of the respective countries and His Excellency invited the Hospital Director General, Dr. Parviz Afshaar, for an official visit to Zambia to further strengthen these ties. The signed agreement enables members of the Zambian Consulate General, Zambians who are Dubai residents, and the Zambians who travel to Dubai to be able to benefit from the hospital services at a special discount rate.
